Network Assessment: We thoroughly look your network up and down for potential security problems and ascertain potential hardware failures along with determining if the software being used is legal or not. Most office use the same copy of Microsoft Office, for example, on 25 desktops not realizing they are in breach of contract with Microsoft. You can be heavily fined and go through years of litigation if this is not corrected. This is just one of the things we go over in a Network Assessment. We typically charge $1500 for a small to medium sized assessment (2 to 25 desktops and 1 to 2 servers only) and $2500 on up on offices larger than that.

Bronze Service Agreement Level: Bronze is our entry level service agreement offering. We are available to you on an 8×5 schedule (M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm) and maintain antivirus and Windows software patching. Add / Move / Changes are on a flat fee of $125 per change. Silver Service Agreement Level: Silver is our mid-level service agreement offering. We are available to you on an 8×5 schedule (M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm) and maintain antivirus and Windows software patching. Add / Move / Changes are only $75 with this offering if a contract is maintained. We charge a flat $3,000 a month for this offering including up to 15 desktops and 2 servers. If you sign a Silver Service Agreement, a Network Assessment is included** with a 1 year contract. click here for more information on this service.
Gold Service Agreement Level: Gold is our highest service agreement offering. We are available to you on an 24X7 schedule (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year) and maintain antivirus and Windows software patching. Add / Move / Changes are included with this offering if a contract is maintained. We charge a flat $5,000 a month for this offering including up to 25 desktops and 4 servers. If you sign a Gold Service Agreement, a Network Assessment is included** with a 1 year contract. click here for more information on this service.
Call By Call Service: If you are on a limited budget and need service only from time to time, you can just call us and we have a flat rate of $99 an hour for desktop and network related assistance and $250 an hour for Server assistance.
